I love supporting my VA clients, but this isn’t what I’ve always done. Having spent 12 years working for a housing association where I honed my administrative, customer service, business and facilities management skills, I decided to strike out on my own, using the breadth of my expertise to provide quality administrative support to local companies. What I especially love about being a VA is that, not only do I really love what I do, it means I can embrace a work/life balance which allows me to be really present for my two young daughters.

One of things I really care about is making sure I truly get to know my clients and understand their needs. I pride myself on forming lasting relationships, working in partnership to provide solutions that make my clients’ lives easier on an ongoing basis, whether that’s in a business or lifestyle context.

For those new to working with a virtual assistant, I offer a 3-hour trial for £100. After that, my hourly rate is £40 p/h and my set packages are as follows, and I also provide project packages and tailored support programmes, so please do get in touch to discuss your needs.
